ASMR stands for Auto Sensory Meridian Response. For some people, listening to certain quiet sounds sends a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, that is at once comforting and soothing.
We are planning a series of How To... videos in ASMR.
Even if you don't own a guitar, listening to Rob Matthews explain how to restring the instrument in his special voice will surely help calm you down after a busy day, or help you wind down for a good night's sleep after a heavy day of processing overwhelming information.
Dots Music is dedicated to auditory excellence. If you have any suggestions for our ASMR series, please let us know: firstname.lastname@example.org
