I am a professional trombonist and arranger working in and around London.  My experience as a performer includes classical, jazz, pop and contemporary music and I have experience working with children as a teacher in one-to-one situations.  I hold the position of Musical Director for the Imperial College Big Band and performed as trombonist on the West End Blues Brothers Christmas and Summer Specials.

I am a keen educator and enjoy teaching at all levels. I’ve worked as both an instrumental teacher and as an animateur with both children and adults from various backgrounds including those with learning difficulties and from the homeless community. Immediately after leaving the Academy, i was given a year as a Fellow of Education which pushed me to develop a wide range of teaching skills. I currently teach trumpet privately and for the Tri-Borough Music Hub in London.
